Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During high-demand periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated by email.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (within the United States): 5 to 10 business days
  • Express Shipping (within the United States): 2 to 4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected delivery method, and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number for updates to appear on the carrier’s system.


Shipping Address Information

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@essentialshoodies.net.
Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

Essentials Hoodies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your local authorities.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also extend delivery times.
