We currently provide shipping services exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Processing & Delivery Timeline
Our delivery timeframe is calculated by combining Handling Time and Transit Time. Please note that these estimates apply to business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (EST) – Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days. Orders placed after the cut-off or during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

4. Reliable Delivery Partners

Real-time tracking is provided for every order. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Limitations: Once an order has entered the shipping phase, we are unable to modify the destination address. Essentials Hoodies is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your tracking information indicates “Delivered” but the package is missing:
