To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

After 14 days, we may not be able to accept your return unless there are exceptional circumstances such as damaged or defective items.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odors or stains.
  • The item must include its original packaging and tags.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you at your expense.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items damaged due to improper care or use

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact our support team at support@essentialshoodies.net within the 14-day return window. Include your name, order number, and reason for the return.
If your item is defective or incorrect, please include clear photos for faster processing.

Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive step-by-step return instructions and a return address.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely. Essentials Hoodies cannot issue a refund for items lost during return shipping.


Refund Process

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued to your original method of payment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few extra business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or color, you can request an exchange within the 14-day return window.
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit according to your preference.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.


Order Cancellations

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

If you need assistance, email us immediately at support@essentialshoodies.net with your order number.


Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your card issuer or bank; it may take a few days for refunds to be posted.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@essentialshoodies.net and we’ll help resolve the issue.

International Returns

International customers can return items under the same 30-day window.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not refundable, and you are responsible for international return shipping costs.
