To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

4. Fees & Costs

Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping: Free for both defective products and buyer’s remorse (non-defective products).
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.
