You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a successful return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process your request.

3. How to Initiate a Return

We strive to make the return process as effortless as possible:

  2. Receive Your Label: We will provide a Free Prepaid Shipping Label via email (or check your original package for an included label).

  3. Ship the Item: Affix the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

4. Zero Fees (Free Returns)

We believe in a risk-free shopping experience.

  • Restocking Fees: $0.00 (We do not charge restocking fees).

  • Return Shipping: FREE. We cover shipping costs for both defective items and “buyer’s remorse” (standard returns).

5. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? We are happy to help. Contact our support team to initiate an exchange. Once your original item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement free of charge.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away. We will prioritize your case and ensure a replacement or full refund is handled at no additional cost to you.

8. European Union 14-Day “Cooling-Off” Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item meets the original condition requirements.
